Joined Real Time Co. (RTCo) an Aerospace Engineering Consulting Services Company in 2012. Michelle has 28+ years of experience in Operational and Financial strategic planning and execution. She is responsible for the direction of all aspects of the RTCo business to include Engineering Operations & Fulfillment, Program Management, Business Development, Finance & Accounting, HR, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, Social Media & Branding and most importantly team member experience & engagement.
As a result of her attention and focus to employee experience, RTCo has been recognized as a Top Company to Work for in AZ in 2018 and again in 2022.
In 2016 she was awarded CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International, and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal. Michelle has served the business community in multiple roles, including President, on the board of the AZ Chapter of Financial Executives International (the leading international CFO professional organization) from 2009 to 2017. Throughout her career, she has served her community by consistent coordination of volunteering efforts and fund raising for food banks, children’s non-profit groups and other not for profit organizations.
During her professional tenure she has held executive finance, operations and leadership positions with several startup & turnaround organizations within public Fortune 500, Venture Capital backed and privately held environments.
